Nah, bukan cuma ngomel di Twitter, ARMY pun kini bertindak lebih lanjut dengan mengirimkan surat elektronik atau email kepada agensi BTS, Big Hit Entertainment. (

Dalam surat itu, para penggemar menegaskan bahwa Melanie dan Michel sudah meminimalisir kerja BTS dalam penciptaan lagu-lagu boy group tersebut, dan ini bisa memengaruhi citra BTS di pasar internasional.
Hal ini membuat ARMY merasa gak nyaman, dan menginginkan Big Hit untuk segera memanggil Melanie dan Michel untuk membicarakan hal tersebut.

Dear BigHit Entertainment,
This is regarding the writers you’ve periodically worked within the past - Melanie Joy Fontana and Michel "Lindgren" Schulz. As in the past and now more recently, they have appropriated BTS’ success and passed off the combined hard work of a team as their own and have now resorted to discrediting the work of the BTS members themselves.
They are combative with BTS ARMY and consistently fail to realize the impact their words and actions have on the group and the group's representation in the international market.
