SDGs Film Festival ke-5 LSPR Temukan Pemenang, Ini Daftarnya

JAKARTA - Film memiliki peran penting dalam sosialisasi Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). SDGs adalah serangkaian tujuan yang ditetapkan oleh PBB untuk mencapai pembangunan yang berkelanjutan hingga tahun 2030.

Dalam konteks ini, film dapat berfungsi sebagai alat yang kuat untuk mengedukasi, menginspirasi, dan menciptakan kesadaran tentang isu-isu yang relevan dengan SDGs di Indonesia. Khususnya untuk mengakhiri kelaparan dunia, meningkatkan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan dan pendidikan, mengatasi ketidaksetaraan gender, memperbaiki akses ke sanitasi dan air bersih, menjaga dan melindungi lingkungan, mendorong energi yang terjangkau, menciptakan pekerjaan yang layak, serta memfasilitasi keadilan sosial dan perdamaian.

Dalam rangka merayakan ulang tahunnya yang ke-31, LSPR menggelar SDG Film Festival. LSPR SDG’s Centre terlibat dalam acara yang diselenggarakan pada 30 Juni 2023 tersebut.

"Dalam penyelenggaraan The 5th LSPR SDGs Film Festival ini, Institut Komunikasi dan Bisnis LSPR menjadi tuan rumah dan berkolaborasi dengan The Asia Pacific University Malaysia, The Coventry University Group, The American University of Phnom Penh in Cambodia, The Documentary Media Centre, The Media Discourse Centre, dan The Nottingham College," kata Founder & CEO LSPR Institute of Communication & Business Prita Kemal Gani.

Festival film ini, lanjut Prita, bertujuan untuk menyajikan karya-karya yang mengangkat isu-isu lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi yang relevan dengan keberlanjutan. Melalui film-film yang diputar, LSPR dan mitra perguruan tinggi internasional yang berpartisiasi berharap mampu menginspirasi serta mengedukasi para penonton, khususnya generasi muda, tentang pentingnya menjaga keberlanjutan di berbagai aspek kehidupan.

LSPR SDGs Film Festival juga turut dihadiri oleh Prita Kemal Gani untuk menyerahkan hadiah uang tunai kepada para pemenang festival.

Para peserta SDGs Film Festival ke-5 ini memenangkan 14 kategori penghargaan. Berikut daftar pemenang festival film tersebut.
